Our experience from arriving in Cape Town to departing in Johannesburg was exceptional. The personal touch of greeting us at the gate, escort through customs to the private tour was outstanding. In Cape Town, Abdullah was fun, informative, and very personable. He was excited about sharing his country with us while ensuring our safety. Due to weather conditions, we were not able to take the cable up Table Mountain but he took us to other areas instead. He made sure we saw areas were were interested in seeing. Additionally, we had an excellent drivers from Durban to Hluhluwe and then to Phinda. Again, they enjoyed sharing their country knowledge with us. Such professional hospitality and we will be recommending your services to anyone considering visiting South Africa.
Let me start with my tour guide, Christopher Gatyeni, he was beyond exceptional. Chris went way above and beyond to make my trip a memorable occasion. He was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Chris used his connections to get me a reservation in one of the most popular restaurants in town at the last minute. I later discovered the restaurant is booked months in advance. It was an awesome experience. I had a wonderful time. Chris also arranged the "Walk to Freedom" which was not part of my itinerary, and an equally impactful experience. I cannot forget Nazeem my airport pick up driver who turned the car around to get something I'd forgotten at the hotel and walked me to the gate. I am so grateful to him for his assistance. I was so sleepy l could not have navigated the airport without his help. Summarily please express my gratitude to both men, Chris and Nazeem. I wish them peace and prosperity.
