The Perfect Tour and Transfer Company
We used Ilios Travel for a number of transfers and trips in South Africa. Firstly, our airport pick up was spot on, we were welcomed at the Gate and our guide sorted out our bags whilst we waited for immigration. Our driver was informative, and told us about lots of features of Cape Town, as we drove to our hotel. We booked a private tour, including the Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach, Simons Bay and Kirstenbosch. Mark was just fantastic - he took us out via a beautiful coastal route, took pictures of us, which on our honeymoon was really special. He was very well informed, talking about modern issues, as well as the history of the Cape of Good Hope. He timed things perfectly, getting us to spots just before it got too busy and gave us plenty of time to explore. He answered all our questions and made the day a very special one to remember. We also used Ilios for a transfer to Hermanus, again this was smooth, efficient and filled with lots of interesting conversation. Finally, airport transfers in both Cape Town and Hoedspruit were very efficient and timely. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted a guarantee of quality and timeliness.

Marc was a great tour guide.
GREAT airport service and tours. Prompt service from and to the airport. Clean vehicles, good drivers and they have water in case you are thirsty. We also used the company for 2.5 days of tours - 1/2 day city and table mountain, full day cape of good hope and point and full day for wineland. Marc was our tour guide and he was amazing. Knowledable, friendly and he went out of his way to help our friend that had recently had foot surgery. Amazing service.

Our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) aged 8 to 76 visited Cape Town, and Ilios provided local arrangements. Jethro was our tour guide/driver for 3 days, and he was fabulous! He picked us up in the van our first morning for our "Eat Like a Local" walking tour, with a welcoming review as he drove to our first stop...
Our day concluded with a visit to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. We are so grateful to Jethro for the wealth of information he provided to us during those 3 days and for such well paced tours that had something for everyone. Ilios provided most of our transportation during our stay in South Africa, and all drivers and vehicles were on time, pleasant and friendly.
