Robben Island Museum
The day starts at the V&A Waterfront where you will board the Robben Island Ferry (included; weather permitting) for your voyage across the bay to the infamous maximum-security prison that once was home to various political prisoners including the late Nelson Mandela. This World Heritage Site and Museum is a poignant reminder of the price paid for freedom. After the tour of the island and prison, board the ferry for your return to the mainland for a quick bite and refreshments (to own account).

Company Gardens
In the heart of the city enjoy a short walk through the Company Gardens. From squirrels to a variety of plant life, it's just a happy place to soak up some Cape Town vibes and enjoy the aviaries and fishponds. On the Wale Street end of the garden you will find a monument which was created to commemorate the life and work of Desmond Tutu. The Arch for Arch was installed beside the historic St.Georges Cathedral for its role in the resistance against apartheid.

Slave Lodge
Step inside the Slave Lodge which explores the history of these unwilling immigrants and how they have contributed to the richness and diversity of South African history.

Castle of Good Hope
Continue the tour with a visit to the Castle of Good Hope - the oldest building in South Africa which, today, houses the Castle Military Museum and ceremonial facilities for the traditional Cape Regiments.

Table Mountain
The tour ends with a visit to the iconic Table Mountain (weather permitting). Enjoy panoramic vies over the Mother City and the Atlantic Seaboard with Robben Island in the distance lying sleepily in Table Bay harbour. Should you wish to extend your visit at Table Mountain beyond the allotted time advised by your guide, you would be required to find your own way back to your hotel or make arrangements with your guide for a separate transfer to be booked (at an additional charge). Alternatively, the tour will end with drop-off at your hotel.
