New Immigration Law for Minors

As of the 1st of June 2015, a new immigration law has been set in place regarding documentation for minors when travelling.

The new law requires all minors under the age of 18 years old to have their passport as well as an unabridged birth certificate present, showing the details of both parents, when entering or exiting South Africa.
